I wish I had a real job with megabucks if it meant I could spend it all on such amazo gigs with the best intentions at heart. That or I could create a machine to be in two places at once.
Fuck The Scene, Show Me The Green! is the work of the Wiggers’ Brawl lads, this time raising funds for sufferers of multiple sclerosis. Look at that line-up. Adebisi Shank have had to cancel their appearance due to unfortunate circumstances but it really doesn’t make me any less jealous of the lucky Nordies who’ll be out in abundance at The Retro tonight.
100% excellent Irish rock music. Recommended donation is £10 – cheap at that price for such a whopper line-up. A show of solidarity for a real charitable cause. The NI music industry is alive and well outside the Lisburn Road…someone ring this scoop into the Sunday paper’s newsdesk asap!
