(No Ratings Yet)Very very good line-up tonight – not just a clever pairing of spooky names but actually very complementary billing of bands – as No Monster Club and Squarehead shuffle, stomp and shriek their way into Belfast. Lavery’s Bunker is the venue where Bobby Aherne and Roy Duffy will bring the freakscene to kick off Halloween festivities.There’s a proper flyer on the Facebook event page but that’s too small so have a nice dead, happy skull instead.
The No Monster Club album Brain Heat Wave is out in November but as of the last 24 hours you can download an exclusive, free pre-release of the wicked track Museum Res OCD by way of a ‘virtual tattoo’. Not quite the same as Squarehead’s declaration of permanent Popical Island citizenship but pretty cool all the same. Check it out :: www.tinyurl.com/museumresocd
