WHOAH. That was an incredible night – thanks so much to everyone who came along to Crawdaddy and the Chocolate Bar for the eighth Future Bright gig organised by Yrs, Trulee! The Deadly Buzz was had: Low Sea kicked up a storm on the Crawdaddy stage while Verse Chorus Verse had the audience spellbound. Last Days of 1984 were on the best form I’ve seen them and Bantum‘s set was whopper! Without discrimination however it has to be said that Toby Kaar‘s banging set had the venue jam-packed with massive good vibes. Everyone was so chilled out and loving it! By the time the DJs came on it seemed as though the night simply couldn’t get any better, Logikparty and LeGalaxie killed it. Serious fun was had.
Mega thank-yous to the fantastic bands for giving their all, the super-cool guys at POD and Heineken Music for letting me loose on the line-up, the lovely staff at the venue, Mark and Conor from ION, the huge support from blogs, radio and press and of course, you. So much love for it all today.
The entertainment.ie in-house camera crew for ION were out last night to film the highlights of the night and interview the acts: have a gander at this brilliant footage. Max giggles!
